This policy explains what Mr. Cali Offers collects through mrcalioffers.com, why, who sees it, and how to have it corrected or deleted. Mr. Cali Offers is based at 1 N Indian Hill Blvd Suite 202, Claremont, CA 91711, and can be reached at (909) 498-3977.
What we collect
What you type into a form. The cash offer form asks for the property address, city and county, who lives in the house, whether it is inherited, in probate or in a trust, condition notes, your timeline, whether you already hold another offer, the property type, mortgage or lien status (optional), the best time to reach you, your name, phone and email, and anything else you choose to write. The agent, buyer and contact forms ask for the fields shown on those pages.
How you found the site. With each form we record the page you submitted it from, the marketing tags in the address you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), and the site that referred you.
Technical records. A one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself), used to stop repeated automated submissions, and your browser's user-agent string. Server logs keep standard request records for security.
Cookies. See the Cookie Policy. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them.
How we use it
- To schedule and carry out the in-person walkthrough and prepare the written as-is cash offer and open-market read you asked for.
- To call, text or email you about that property or request, as described in the consent you gave on the form.
- To introduce you, only when you ask, to a designated local expert (an independently licensed California real estate agent) when the open market nets more.
- To keep the site secure and to understand which pages help sellers.
Calls, texts and emails
When you submit a form you agree that Mr. Cali Offers may call, text, and email you about that property or request at the number and address you provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any sale. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: reply STOP to any text message, tell us on any call, or call (909) 498-3977 and ask to be removed. We stop within a reasonable time and keep only the record that you opted out, so you are not contacted again.
Who sees it
- Buyers and investors in the network see property details (address, condition, occupancy, timeline) when preparing an offer on that property. Your phone and email are not given to them to market to you.
- A designated local expert receives your details only when you choose the open-market path.
- Service providers that host the site, store form submissions, and send email, under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing that service.
- Escrow, title and notaries when a sale proceeds, as any transaction requires.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept while the request is active and for as long as records of a real estate transaction must be kept afterwards. Requests that never became a transaction are deleted on request or when they are no longer needed.
Your California rights
California residents may ask to know what personal information we hold about them, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not discriminate against anyone for making a request. To make one, call (909) 498-3977. We verify the request by confirming details you gave us, and answer within the time the California Consumer Privacy Act allows. The California Notice at Collection lists the categories in the form the law requires.
Children
This site is for adults selling or buying property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
