Reviews, collected the honest way
There are no reviews on this page yet, and there will be no borrowed ones. Reviews come from sellers who actually received both numbers, and they live on the public Google profile where anyone can read them.
Who is asked
Sellers who took the cash offer, sellers who got both numbers and listed instead, sellers who got the written valuation and did nothing, and the attorneys, trustees and agents who worked a file with us. The sellers who listed instead matter most: they are the proof that the recommendation is honest.
What is never done
Nothing of value is offered for a review: no money, no gift card, no discount, no better offer. Reviews are not requested in bulk or from anyone who was not walked through the process, and no one reviews the business from a second account.
What we ask you to mention
The situation: probate, a tenant in place, the house you inherited. That is what the next person in the same spot is searching for. Addresses, sale prices and case details stay out.
