Mr. Cali Offers presents as-is cash offers on Southern California property in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura counties and, when the open market nets more, refers sellers to independently licensed California real estate agents who work that specific neighborhood.
Nothing here is an offer until it is in writing
Submitting a form does not create an offer, a contract or an agency relationship. A cash offer exists only when it is written after the in-person walkthrough, and a sale exists only under a signed purchase agreement. Every offer is subject to the walkthrough, title and that agreement. Any value shown on the site or in a report is a preliminary estimate, not an appraisal.
